About Szindore Perfume
Szindore Perfume is a Malaysian fragrance brand founded by Mr Yaseer Namiz, a chemist with a passion for crafting quality everyday scents. Their HQ is based at One Ampang Avenue in Ampang, Selangor where they sell refined perfumes, own blend fragrances and lifestyle scents. The outlet currently holds a 4.8 star rating on Google from over 114 reviews which reflects the brand reputation they have built since they started.
When a brand at that level needs a shopfront sign it cannot afford something that looks ordinary. The signboard is the first thing a customer sees before they walk in.
What Szindore Needed
Their Ampang outlet sits in a commercial area where both foot traffic and drive past visibility matter. They needed a front lit signboard that would be clearly readable from the road during the day and properly illuminated at night. At the same time the design had to feel clean and premium because Szindore is built around quality craftsmanship and refined presentation.
A flat printed sign would not match what they had built. They needed a proper 3D frontlit sign that carried the brand name with real presence on the shopfront.
What We Built
HC Creative Hub fabricated and installed two custom outdoor 3D box up frontlit signboards for the Szindore Ampang shopfront.
Main Fascia Sign — 2 Feet by 10 Feet
The primary sign anchors the full width of the shopfront fascia and carries the Szindore name clearly to passing traffic. This is the sign that does the work from the road.
Secondary Sign — 2 Feet by 6 Feet
The secondary front lit sign board was positioned to reinforce the brand at a closer eye level viewing distance near the shop entrance.
Materials and Build
Both signs were built using aluminium box-up letter construction. The front face of each letter was cut from 3mm light transmitting acrylic sheet using CNC routing for clean sharp edges. LED modules inside each letter provide even front illumination across the full acrylic face with no dark patches or uneven brightness. The sides of each letter are built from non light transmitting aluminium so the glow comes only through the front face lit surface.
The design layout was built from scratch around the Szindore brand identity. Font selection, letter spacing and the positioning of both signs on the shopfront were all planned based on the actual viewing angle and road distance from the entrance. Both signboards are fully sealed and outdoor rated for Malaysia's climate, including monsoon rain and year round UV exposure.
Installation
Our team handled the complete installation at the Ampang location, including wall mounting, structural fixing and electrical connection for both units. Every letter was tested for even illumination and clean wiring on site before handover. Both signs were fully operational on the same day as installation.
The Result
The two front-lit signs give Szindore Perfume a shopfront that carries the brand clearly from the road. The physical depth of the 3D box up letters creates strong shadow contrast in daylight, which makes both signs readable without relying solely on the LED lighting. At night the front illumination keeps both signs visible and consistent.
The aluminium construction has held up well outdoors since installation. No maintenance issues have been reported. For a retail fragrance outlet where evening walk-in traffic is a real part of the business that kind of reliability matters.
